Layaway Policy
Default Payment Period: If you do not set a specific payment period, the default is 3 months.
(Example: Order on 2020.01.01 → Final payment due by 2020.04.01)
First Payment Deadline: Please make your first payment within 48 hours after placing your order.
(Orders without payment or prior notice will be considered canceled.)
First Payment Amount: The first layaway payment must be at least 30% of the total amount.
(This helps prevent unpaid orders after the first payment and improves production efficiency.)
Full Payment: If you complete full payment, the production period will take approximately 2 months from the payment date, regardless of the 3-month layaway period.
Extension of Payment Period: For layaway extensions beyond 3 months, please contact us through the Q&A board or 1:1 Care Center.
How to Place a Layaway Order
Select Product Options: After selecting the options for the product you want to order, press the 'Buy Now' button on the product page.
Order Form: Fill out the order form and select 'Layaway Order' as the payment method.
Checkout: Submit your order by clicking the 'Checkout' button.
First Payment: Visit the PayPal website and complete the first payment.
Please note: Payments must be made manually via PayPal.
Since the amount you are paying may differ from the full product price, direct payment through our website is not available.

You can check your layaway payment process via:
Log-in → 'My' (top of homepage) → Order Details → Shipping Note section
Payment Confirmation: The 'Payment Confirmation' will only be shown after full payment is completed on the system.
Cancellation Policy: If an order is canceled or the remaining balance is not paid by the deadline, no refund will be issued for any prepaid amounts.
