Currently, all international orders from RaMcube are shipped via Korea Post EMS, and we are pleased to offer free shipping on orders over $100.
However, due to recent changes in customs clearance procedures for EMS shipments to the United States, there have been increasing cases where the sender (RaMcube) is required to cover additional customs duties and processing fees.
As a result, it has become difficult for us to maintain the existing free shipping policy under the same conditions.
Therefore, effective February 13, 2026, an additional fee of $40 will be applied to orders shipped to addresses in the United States.
This fee is intended to help cover the customs duties and processing costs incurred during shipment.
