Make-up orders can only be ordered when this payment window is active.
If the number of orders within the announced period is large, the order may be closed early.
Makeup orders are open irregularly.
The makeup period from a minimum of two weeks to a maximum of one month after the head arrives.
Depending on the total number of orders within the order period, there may be changes in the period.
There is no limit to the number of orders per person.
Regardless of the order list, will work in the order of arrival.
- YouTube Video Production Agree :
If you agree to produce your work as a YouTube video, we will give you points to use on the RaMcube site.
10($10) points paid (You can use points on the site from 10 points.)
The points can be used freely on the site, such as purchasing dolls or ordering makeup.
Points will be paid as soon as your order is confirmed.
The YouTube video will be updated later after the process of editing after the work is completed.

- Order and payment :
After payment, please make a copy of the order below on the 1:1 Care center.
If there is an answer on the bulletin board, you can ship the head.
(In the process of answering, the order detail may be further adjusted according to the request of the orderer.)
If additional amounts are incurred during the consultation on the contents of the order, additional payments can be made through the way you want.
Please pay within 48 hours of ordering.
If you don't pay without any mention, it will be considered a cancellation of the order.
Makeup order cannot be paid in Layaway.
If you delivery is delayed or there is a problem with the delivery,
please send me an e-mail or fill out the relevant information on the 1:1 bulletin board, and I will refer to it for work.
- Working :
Use airbrush, acrylic paint, fan pastel, and Mr. Hobby coating spray.
Head cleaning uses modeling thinner, magic blocks, and brushes.
The makeup main artist of the RaMcube doll works on the entire process themselves.
When the head arrives, we will send an email to the orderer's email.
In the middle of the work, the artist may request a consultation by email, so please check the email you wrote on the order.
If the eyelashes are attachable heads, the artist attaches the matching eyelashes at will.
If it is difficult to attach eyelashes, we can request a consultation by emailing the orderer.
The order amount may be added depending on additional requests, such as double eyelashes.
Basically, we work based on a pair of eyelashes.
Excluding the eyelashes, there is no change in the price.
If you have any eyelashes you want, please include with your head and we will attach them.
Existing eyelashes are not reused when adding head cleaning.
- Finished :
After the makeup work is done, the head we will send a completed photo to the orderer's email
The photos used after the final confirmation may be updated on the RaMcube SNS.
- Shipping and packaging :
Shipping will take place after final photo confirmation.
When shipping, the head packaging box is replaced with a new one and shipped.
If there is an item that needs to be returned when we shipping your head, please make sure to apply it on the order sheet.

When sending the head, please write gift check / item amount $100 / RMA (A/S) on the invoice
This is a way to avoid paying unnecessary tariffs.
If the goods you sent are subject to customs duties, we can ask you for customs duties.
Even when we send it back to you, we will mark it as above and ship it.
